The Service also provides optimal posting time recommendations based on engagement research.
Access to the Service requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service, including designs, captions, images, and videos. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy modifications made by third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of the Service. API credentials you provide are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of enabling automated posting on your behalf.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate captions and content suggestions. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We recommend reviewing each caption for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with platform guidelines before scheduling or posting.
When you enable automated posting features, the Service will publish content to your connected social media accounts at the scheduled times. You acknowledge that once content is published, it becomes subject to the respective platform's policies. You may disable automated posting at any time through the Service's settings. We are not liable for any consequences arising from automated posts, including but not limited to account restrictions imposed by social media platforms.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; (d) spam or engage in deceptive practices; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (f) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
